A number of one-off fees are payable when applying for and accepting an offer of accommodation at UWS Village.
A one-off online application fee is payable when submitting your application for accommodation. The fee will confirm your request for accommodation at the Village. No refund will be paid to applicants who cancel their application or whose application for accommodation at the Village is not successful.
If you receive an offer of accommodation from UWS Village, a refundable security deposit and registration fee is required to confirm your accommodation.
The registration fee covers the connection of the internet and data lines in your room. Please note however that internet usage is charged separately.

Upon inspection if additional labour hours for cleaning are required additional cleaning costs are charged at the rate of $55 per hour or part thereof.
