Our ‘no surprises’ approach means that we’re upfront about your fees, so there are no unexpected bills during the year.
Accommodation is payable by direct debit either fortnightly, half yearly or annually from a nominated account (a 1.2% surcharge applies for all credit card payments). Utility fees are inclusive of water, electricity and gas.
Our multi-bedroom apartments sell out very quickly so we recommend you apply as early as possible to secure yourself a room!

The residential fees include:
- Utilities (water, gas and electricity)
- FREE use of facilities in the Village, including: swimming pool, barbeque, pool, table tennis and fussball tables, TV Room equipped with Foxtel and DVD player (on request), e-library and the dedicated study areas.
