THE FEES
Living at UWS Village makes life easier and takes the stress out of budgeting. Our ‘no surprise’ approach to costs means you won’t have the hassle of unexpected bills during the year. So you can concentrate on the important things and make the most of student life.
The rates quoted are payable via direct debit from a nominated account either fortnightly, half yearly or yearly to 31st December. The Village now offers the option of a 26 or 52 week contract (see rates below)!

Termination fee
Residential agreements at the village are for 26 and 52 weeks. Should residents wish to vacate their room prior to the end of the contract, the village administration will help residents to find a person to take over their agreement, but until that is done the resident must continue paying weekly fees. In addition a contract termination fee is charged which is equivalent to 2 weeks occupancy fee, if the termination is subsequent to taking up physical occupancy of a room, or is after the 1st of January. Residential agreements signed and subsequently terminated before the 1st of January of the new year, upon agreement with the village administration will only incur a contract termination fee equivalent to one weeks occupancy fee.
